I am programming a whole new addin bases on the solidworks platform. But things just won't go smoothly, the API Solidworks handbook I have mainly list help for VBA. One of the main problems I am having is getting an ID for a feature, or a pointer. How is this supposed to be done? And what precisely can I use a pointer for? I am using Visual studios 2003 and solidworks 2006.
