excel spread sheets in solidworks

I have created an excel spread sheet and i am trying to insert it into solidworks. Heres the problem. When I insert the spread sheet as an object i can get all the rows to show up, however not all the columns appear. I have to insert the spread sheet again and modify the box. Does any know how to insert an excel spread sheet so that all the columns with info will appear?
